PROGRAMMING OF THE AUDIT - STAGES 5 AND 6

5th Stage: SUMMARY OF THE RESULTS
From the diagrams related to the 3 questionnaires, for the Organization as a whole and for each subset which constitutes it, a synthesis will be made. It highlights the dysfunctions specific to the Organization considered.

6th Stage: ACTIVE AND INTERACTIVE PRESENTATION (2 phases)

  • Presentation of the diagrams and the synthesis to the Board of Directors. Analysis and Search for axes of development. Definition of a methodology to restitute the results on the various levels of the structure.
  • Presentation of the specific results of each subset of the structure. Definition of a methodology of analysis and search for solutions capable of reducing, even eliminating, dysfunctions observed.
  • From this 6th stage onward, our team of consultants can:

  • abstain from any complementary intervention,
  • ensure a methodological support,
  • deal with whole or part of the activity of the analysis work, search for solutions and, if necessary, accompany and control the Implementation of the recommended solutions (coaching).
  • In the 4 following pages, you will find some typical examples of the diagrams, related to each one of the "Scans".
