In coordination with the Organization's Management, this phase makes it possible to define the structure of the Company, the various subsets that make it up, as well as the methods of programming of the operation. In addition, by using non-directive interviews, information will be gathered at the various levels of the structure, in order to index the "theoretical categories of problems" specific to the Organization considered.
