ORIGINALITY OF THE METHOD

In the Audits, in a general way, whether they are made for evaluation or diagnosis, a more or less representative sample of people is interviewed and/or questioned. Then the consultant interprets the data, and unconsciously but inevitably, projects on them its own system of values. Let us say that the parties involved are absolutely passiveand undergo the constraints of the development strategy that was defined between the Consultants and the Board. In no case, could the data of the diagnosis be considered as authentic and reliable. Consequently they cannot lead to the creation of Tools capable of reducing the "Internal Social strains", and thus optimizing the productivity of the Organization.

The originality of our method, the "Psychosocial Scanner", makes it a genuine instrument for social development. Indeed, it consists of using Specific Techniques (semi-projective and qualitative) integrated in the 3 simple questionnaires, to which the whole of the people involved shall be subjected. These techniques make it possible to guarantee that the authenticity of the results is optimized, like their objectivation in the form of diagrams and of percentages. The places, the content and the intensity of "Internal Social strains" within the Organization considered will thus be perfectly localized, defined and measured.

Based on the results of the "Scans", presented in the form of "Diagrams", the "Dysfunctions" observed will be presented and commented on plainly, then the parties involved will be completely involved in the analysis of the variations and the causes, like in the conjoint search for solutions. Indeed, we admit the "Principle of Reality", according to which : Nobody knows a job better than the people who actually do it 8 hours a day.

Thus, the parties involved, members of the Organization, become "AUTEURS-ACTEURS" of their own development, of the development of their immediate environment, and thereupon of the development of the Organization in its totality.
